Busy afternoon whilst binge watching Sex and the City box set. Everything has been bagged into sets, teddies paired with pockets and wraps, bigger teddies paired up into organza bags and the little blankets and pillows secured to their cribs.
Every single donation in this house is now boxed up and ready to be posted tomorrow (still need to tell the husband) and on Saturday. So as of now, we are completely empty of donations, which actually feels quite good lol.
Now I’m off to collect my daughter and catch up with my Mum after her holiday and tonight I shall post the donation boxes for all to see.
THANK YOU to everyone for your support. x
If you shop on-line, you can help to raise funds for UBW for absolutely FREE …
How does easyfundraising work?
They work with over 2000 retailers who have all agreed to pass a donation to your cause when you shop with them. The donation is usually a percentage of how much you spend with them but it can also be a set amount, such as £30 for a new car insurance policy from Aviva. Their retailers include Amazon, M&S, Boden, John Lewis, Argos and 2000 other well known names.
What do you need to do to raise money?
Firstly register with them and tell them who you want to support. It’s free for both shoppers and causes to register and use. Instead of going directly to the retailer website, log into easyfundraising first and click on the retailer you want to shop with. You’ll then be taken to the retailer’s website where you shop as you would normally. But because you visited easyfundraising first, your cause gets a donation. It really is that simple.
What’s the catch?
No catch. Whatever you buy costs exactly the same as it would if you visited the retailer site directly. They don’t take any financial information from you as all your transactions are with the retailer. They won’t sell your information on and they won’t spam you. And it doesn’t cost you or your cause anything.

We have a lot of large and newborn sized hats donated to us on a regular basis; so many that I have been able to fill a whole box full of them!
These hats and singular teddies were sent to the SASH Neonatal Unit at East Surrey Hospital.
Thank you again, to everyone who has donated these hats and teddies to make this box possible.
