Triggers are all around us. For some it’s pregnant bellies, prams, pregnancy announcements (my current one), smells, sights or sounds. • Whereas today for many, it will be the excited posts from parents across social media who have had their child accepted into their chosen school. Milestones triggers are often forgotten about until they smack you right in the face. And unfortunately the thing about milestones, is that they come in all different forms throughout life. • I remember logging onto Facebook 5 years ago feeling a huge array of feelings; sadness, jealousy, you name it, I felt it. And I know that next year, when my son should be starting High School, those feelings will be just as strong as they were then. • Here at UBW, we are sending you a special huge hug if you are finding today extra hard.
