*** IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ***
PLEASE NOTE THAT SADLY, AFTER 9 YEARS; UBW ARE OFFICIALLY CLOSING ON 31ST DECEMBER 2020.
WE WANT TO THANK ALL OF THE WONDERFUL, GENEROUS LADIES OUT THERE WHO HAVE DONATED TO US OVER THE YEARS AND TO THE BEREAVEMENT SERVICES, FOR ACCEPTING OUR DONATIONS TO HELP THEIR PARENTS AND BABIES.
WE WILL MISS YOU ALL GREATLY.
IF YOU WORK WITHIN A BEREAVEMENT SERVICE AND YOU ARE IN NEED OF ITEMS, PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE THE 15TH OF DECEMBER.
Thank you for taking the time to view our website. We hope that you will find what you are looking for and that we can help you provide your parents with comfort at this very sad time.
It is very important to us that all babies look as peaceful and warm as possible, as this image will stay with their parents for the rest of their lives.
Our clothing, blankets and cribs are suitable for babies who have sadly passed from as small as 8 weeks gestation, all the way through to those who have sadly passed away within the neonatal units. We are able to provide you with either lose items in a 2kg box or 10 full bereavement packs in one 2kg box.
Each of our packs are neatly wrapped inside a bag for easy access and storage purposes.
If you chose to receive items separated, you will receive a full 2kg box full of cardigans, gowns and all in ones, pockets, wraps, hats and blankets. Cribs are sent separately. Of course if you wish to receive one or two of a particular item, please let us know and we shall organise that for you too.
Alongside our bereavement packs, we can also provide keepsake bags for your parents which measure 17×23″, which make them perfect for small storage spaces.
I did not receive a memory box when my son was born sleeping at 22 weeks, so something like this would have meant the world to me. To be handed something other than a brown envelope full of printed off literature about miscarriages.
And as someone who has also had two early losses until 12 weeks, these are a perfect way to acknowledge the loss as something that did happen.
If you are a charity which works within the hospital or alongside it, we are here to help you too. We have donated to First Touch who provide memory boxes to the babies of St Georges Neonatal unit; providing them with blankets and matching teddies to help fill their boxes. We have also donated some items to Beyond Bea Charity and Remember My Baby to use during their training days. If you ask us to do it, we will make it our mission to try.
Alongside the micro preemies, we also received in large amounts of cardigans, hats and blankets which we donate to neonatal units.
If you would like UBW to donate to you, please contact us below to discuss.
